Mgt: Viral infections cause most cases of bronchitis. Rest, hydration and monitoring your temperature is advised. If you develop high fever, sore throat, green phelgm or ear aches, which can be caused by bacteria, then an antibiotic such as Amoxicillin can be prescribed. If you are wheezing ( a high pitched sound ), then an inhaler such as Albuterol can be given.
