Group b strep in throat. not pregnant. is that possible?

Yes: Group B strep can be a normal finding in the intestinal germ profile. It has little significance unless it invades the lungs/blood of a newborn during or after delivery but occasionally causes some UTI's in women. To get to the intestines it will enter through the mouth/throat. I wouldn't sweat it and wonder why someone would bother to report it.
