Not really: the symptoms you are having are similar to a blood clot you may want to go to an immediate care facility to check it out since flying with increase in pressure to the plane can cause or dislodge blood clots

Trauma and flying: If you have torn or ruptured and muscle or tendon in the leg or ankle, and you have increased swelling, you could be at a higher risk for DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis/Clot) in your leg. It would be wise to wear compression stockings/TED hose prior to flying so that you can attempt to control the swelling in the leg, particularly under increased Cabin pressure. But it should be safe for you to fly
