How to tell the difference between a muscle tear and a sprain with regards to your ankle?
Been sitting for weeks and limping around because of an ankle sprain. Now, I have lower back pain when i sit, stand or walk. Did i strain my lower back muscles?
I have chronic PTT pain after an ankle sprain. I also get recurrent lower back pain (LBP) caused by a ligament strain and muscle imbalance. Can a chiropractor treat the LBP?
4 month lows back and left leg pain. Stiff lower back and less flexibility. Pain not radiating from thigh. Pain/ swelling feeling in left calf. Sometimes leg goes numb and tingly. Doc said it is likely a muscle sprain but I worry it may be nerves.
Post sprained ankle week ago. Swelling is down completely but bruised & very hard muscle and really hurts when touched on leg above ankle. Now I get burning pain in muscle if stand for min but pain instantly goes away after i lift it. Is this normal?
