Ekg's a week apart show heart attack with thickening on right side of heart. what does this mean?

Abnormal: Ekg shows electrical shifts the damaged-heart attacked muscle signal, is reduced. Q waves or flattening of the ekg trace are seen and commented in the report. Thickening is not a usual comment. That would be seen on an echocardiogram more likely. Ventricular hypertrophy and larger signals can be identified by ekg.
