Lump: A painful lump during pregnancy is usually a clogged milk duct in the breast. This is a common condition. However if it is not in the breast other tumors should be considered including cancer. The fact that it occurred so quickly and is painful argues against this. You should see your doctor ASAP and have him evaluate it.
