Yes: Early recognition of Complex Regional Pain (CRPS) and prompt intervention provide the best opportunity for clinical improvement. Stress, other trauma, etc, could flare it again and again. In most large studies rarely regresses but anecdotal evidence suggest resolution completely and forever. Early interventions are key no matter the severity.
