Read Daniel Amen's "Healing Anxiety & Depression" & "End of Mental Illness" & try transcendental meditation to reduce stress & walk daily in the woods to restore your homeostasis & be in balance with nature. Also look at "Seven Habits of Effective People" by Comey. Insert positive dreams while keeping a dream journal. Consult a psychologist for cognitive behavior therapy to strengthen your esteem.

A good way to overcome these long-term feelings of inadequacy is psychotherapy with a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple forms of psychotherapy. You can have Zoom sessions.
