R/O COSTOCHONDRITIS: You need to be examined have blood work and ekg. If you had a recent viral infection , you may have a post infection COSTOCHONDRITIS which usually responds to a course of prednisone with taper over 8dys. Also PLEURITIS and pericarditis can mimic these symptoms
