Neuropathy: it sounds like you have neuropathy, or 8 degeneration of the nerves, going to your hands and feet due to a disease process. This is treatable, I would get myself to a neurologist.

Last WED after excersise I noted my calf muscle was sore and tight the next day. It got a bit better and easier to walk, however tomorrow is a week later and I still have tightness and pain when I move my leg, waking isn't as sore, there is bruising?
Backs of both my lower legs to ankles are stiff&sore. Especially after I get up from sleeping or sitting down. Sharp pain that goes away after abit. In more of my left leg than my right. Have to hobble abit just after I start to walk.
