Left mid back pain: Could be from colon constipation, musculoskeletal or costochondritis could be pneumonia, gastritis, rarely gallbladder ( that is usually on right) ovary/vaginitis( I have seen this) referred to back or kidney. rarely could be clot in lung F/u today with doctor urgent care need to check for UTI and insure not clot especially if on BCP
