What are good ways i can fight bad breath with invisalign?

Cleaner: First, ensure you have excellent oral hygiene while wearing the trays. Next, invisalign advertises cleaning crystals via their website though they are pricey. Denture cleaners would work, but could turn your invisalign trays cloudy. Also gently brush your trays with a soft bristled toothbrush (without toothpaste) on a regular basis to remove buildup.

Brush: Invisalign should not effect your breath. Just make sure to brush regularly!

Options: Bad breath may have many different causes including post-nasal drip, accumulated food and plaque on teeth and tongue, medications, etc. It's probably obvious that you need to brush your teeth, tongue, and invisalign. If that is not enough, ask your orthodontic specialist for additional advice.

Keep them clean: Invisalign aligners can become coated with a bacteria "biofilm" that will cause bad breath. Keep the aligners clean. Brush the aligners throughtly when you brush your teeth. You can try soaking them in denture cleaner during meals. Ask your dentist for "alignerbright", an antimicrobial gel that also whitens teeth.

Brush, rinse, floss: Brush your tongue, gums, roof of your mouth, and your teeth. Brush the aligner with cold water and a tooth brush to keep it clean. Drink water because a dry mouth can contribute to bad breath as well.
