Cinnamon : In normal food amounts, cinnamon is safe for anyone. If used in larger doses, some people are sensitive to one type of cinnamon, called cassia cinnamon, and theoretically could have negative effects on the liver. In practical terms, it would be difficult to take that much cinnamon if used only in food amounts. Hope that helps.
