No: Depends on type of cinnamon and how much. The toxic component of some cinnamon species is coumarin which in high doses could lead to liver damage. I would use sri lanka cinnamon over cinnamon cassia or chinese cinnamon as lower levels of coumarin are present. Congrats on wanting to eat healthier!, remember to also avoid all alcohol and tylenol (acetaminophen) products as these damage the liver.
