Surgical Emergency: Acute Appendicitis is a surgical emergency and is never left to heal by itself as it can be dangerous not to operate after the diagnosis is established,the appendix has to be removed and the ost op healing will takle 5to7days if done leparoscopcally the technique used these days
If not operated in time it can rupture and cause an abscess with/without peritonitis/sepsis and can be life threatening
