No: I would not do this, as placing foriegn substances in the eyes may not be good for your eye health.

I have done this: Actually there has been homeopathic use of breast milk in the eyes for this condition for years.I am not aware of any evidence for or against it, but my experoence is that it sometimes helps.And have never had any negative effects or reactions.
