Spine: It depends what you mean by a lump on the spine. Some children are very thin, so their spine can be easily seen if they bend over, which could look lumpy. Sometimes if a child is overweight, they have a fat pad on the back of the neck, but that really doesn't look lumpy. If in doubt, have a doctor take a look at it
