Not necessarily: but better be cautious, sea food mix would contain shellfish, also shellfish might be cooked in the same pan and contaminates other fish meat, please see an allergist for testing and follow up, meanwhile keep an Epipen (epinephrine) and antihistaminic tablets handy for any accidental exposure, good luck
