Aging: Exercise with low impact aerobics for 20 minutes 3-4 days per 7. Maintain some type of daily stretching and or isometric muscle toning for 10-15 min per day. Keep calcium uptake of 1200-1500 mg per day . Samething with vitamin D 500 IU per day.
