Need more info: Causes of breast-bone pain vary greatly. Can be as simple as irritation of the muscle/ligaments/bone in the chest wall or heartburn; and it can be as serious as pending heart attack or inflammation in the lining around the heart and lungs. Persistent cough can cause irritation and I notice you may have chronic sinus/cough. Consider virtual consult for one-on-one discussion.
