No significant Rxn: However, while there is no significant reactions to worry about between ibuprofen and Tapentadol you should ask that question of whomever is treating you for your pain issues. They may have a plan and ibuprofen may or may not fit into that plan. Like the recipe to a good soup..while an ingredient may very well fit...the chef may simply not want it...so best not be the chef...just enjoy the soup.
