No: Question is a little confusing. I am not sure what pressure are you talking about. Chronic inflammation can lead to scarring and destruction of lung tissue. Most common causes of chronic inflammation is smoking which can in turn lead to chronic bronchitis/copd. Please discuss with your physician.
