Lymphocytosis: meaning increased absolute count of lymphocytes and decreased count of neutrophils, both are white blood cells which fight infection, usually lymphocytes are increased with viral infection, common in babies, with a resulting decrease in neutrophil count, if your baby looks fine otherwise, these numbers will normalize, if this is not the case please a follow up with close monitoring with his doctor
