Maybe: If you have chronic nasal congestion this might explain it. I am not sure why an operation would cause permanently inflamed turbinates. The condition that usually causes cracking is the retention of fluid in the eustachian tube..The end is usually inflamed from the lymph tissue irritation and then this causes closure. You need more info from your ent.

Hello! For the past month when I blow my nose, my ears kinda close up and then if I yawn or swallow they kind of open up. ?
