No great treatment: Unfortunately there are no excellent treatments for eustachian tube dysfunction. I think trying to pop your ears a couple of times a day helps in some cases. If you have allergy symptoms of nasal congestion or drainage, then antihistamines and steroid nasal sprays can help. If you do not, they likely won't help. Sudafed has not been shown to help either. If bothersome see an ent.
