Not Likely But: We do not have enough information about the surgical clip in the pelvis.What kind og surgical procedure she had in the past and for what.What is the location of surgical clip in the pelvis and how long it has been there.How old is the patients Her back pain is coming from grade1 spondylolitesis as you have said Ask these question from the treating doctor who has assess to this information

Not usually: Most common structural cause of back pain in adolescent is spondylolysis of usually L5. Treatment is usually rest from significant physical activity, sometimes physical therapy, nonsteroidal inflammatory medications, sometimes epidural steroid injection. You should consult orthopedic physician.
