Wart: May be a wart. If it has black dots in the middle and there is pain upon lateral pressure and if it pushes the skin lines out of the way....it's a wart. Need more info or a picture if those things aren't present. If it's a wart, treat it with topical OTC meds. If it's not, see a podiatrist.
