I am not sure: what you are doing on these meds. If you are healthy why are you taking this. If you are healthy you need not take a low sodium diet and taking a diuretic can make this worse. You are taking a lot of K and spironolactone causes your K to go up. If this is too high you could die, Stop all this stuff and just watch your diet. You can take low carbs if you choose but I would not mess with the others.

Need close monitorin: Potassium alterations are a serious problem. Need close follow up with your nephrologist to be safe from either high or low potassium levels that could affect your heart rhythm. Ask your nephrologist about why and how you are losing your potassium. He must have explained it but you forgot amidst all the medical information. Do not use cathartic medications which make you lose lots of potassium
