Diet, EFA's and...: More important than vitamins is eating a healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruits while avoiding fried foods and minimizing sugars. Vitamin D is important in fall and winter months. Essential Fatty Acids from eating fish or taking fish oil and flax or hemp seed oil helps, and adequate zinc is important. A quality multivitamin with extra D should be adequate but a healthy diet is crucial.

Healthy hair: For healthy hair growth: Get adequate sleep,avoid excess sugar & fat in diet, v carbonated beverages, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Biotin helps (but don't over do it). Insure you have adequate Iron (like kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (like walnuts) & vitamin E (fruits & vegetables). Avoid sulfates & formaldehyde in shampoos). Avoid excessive blow dry heat.
