A vertebre?: Is it a cervical vertebre? We all have them and the bottom one feels like a bump when you tilt head forward. If it hurts, have an exam - that's all you can do to discover what it is. Serious problems are rare compared to simple ones - try not to jump to bad conclusions and add anxiety to your problems.
