? doubt related: I doubt that the two are related except for time of onset. I your headache caused the lump, it was not a migraine, more likely infection or inflammation. If it persists, see a doctor.

Migraine: Migraine cannot cause lump , your headache must be due to something else like infection and this could be an abscess or gland. Please see a doctor .
