What to do because my ear damage and will i have hearing loss and deafness forever?

Non-specific: We would like to help you. But your statement of ear damage is so non-specific that as an otologist (ear doctor), I have no idea what you mean by ear damage. For example, do you have a hole in the ear drum, is a middle ear bone not vibrating, do you have an inner ear problem, vertigo, as I have stated repeatedly on health tap, we need diagnosis before we can help you.
