Otitis media?: With those symptoms you may have an ear infection, could be viral or bacterial. Doubtful you will go deaf with a minor ear infection. See a dr. To get an evaluation and examination with an otiscope (a device a dr. Uses to look into your ear), to be properly DX and treated, good luck.
