Miscarriage: If you missed a period and you usually have regular periods, it's possible that you could have been pregnant and are passing the pregnancy (a spontaneous abortion or very early miscarriage). This is not something to worry about unless you're having severe bleeding/pain/fevers. Pregnancy loss occurs in 20% of pregnancies.
