Been on a heavy period for 2 weeks had no bleeding all day and just passed 2 big blood clots is that normal?

I assume you don't have a bleeding disorder. Heavy menstrual bleeding for 2 weeks is concerning and the clots are part of it. You're quite young to have fibroids but they are possible. Uterine polyp is a possibility but I think hormonal imbalance is the likely cause. I recommend consulting your gynecologist for evaluation & advice. You may have to take iron supplements to prevent marked anemia.
