Dysphagia: You have dysphagia at a minimum and would need to see your health care provider about the possibility of actinic cheilitis which is a lip problem. AHardOneToSwallow: Whatever it is, it's most probably not related to the cheilitis. If the diagnosis is truly "actinic" then it's due to over-exposure to the sun and unrelated to your tongue and swallowing problem. Bumps on the back of the tongue are usually tonsillar tissue and a fair number of people can see their epiglottis. But difficulty swallowing? That may be a problem and you need to see a doctor for an exam
