Eating healthily?: If one is exercising and gained some muscle, that is fine. If one was very slim, and gained a little bit of everything, that is fine. If one was not pregnant, and gained pregnancy weight, that is fine. Actually, average for a woman (some years older that a teen) can be 100 lbs for her first 5 feet, and 5 lbs for each added inch... meaning 100 + 27.5 = 127.5 lbs for a woman 5'5.5" tall.
