Meds: before; flomax (tamsulosin) (or equivalent meds), may be an anxiolytic or non steroidal anti inflammatory pain medication. After: flomax (tamsulosin) (or equivalent) and NSAID if needed. The only other new med(s) depend on the stone analysis
