Why is it that i feel as if i am having a heart attack every time i try and fall asleep, i am awoken by a jolt my heart is racing my left arm is numb?

Heart attack: Heart attack is rare at your age, but if you feel that your heart is racing, you need to an evaluation by a physician and also you should have a Holter monitor (that you wear for 48 hrs) to see what type of heart rhythm problems you are having
