Evaluation: I would discuss these symptoms with your doctor. My concern would be a transient ischemic attack. The mechanism, if it actually occurred, would be a paradoxical embolism from your pelvis. This requires a patent foramen ovale in your heart and be could be detected with echocardiography, which you should have. Migraine equivalent (even without headache) is another possibility.
