Rapid heart rate: I would like to know your exact heart rate(pulse) when you feel that it's rapid. If you or a reliable observer can't determine it accurately, then I recommend that you wear a portable heart monitor(Holter) for 24-48 hours and write down when you have symptoms. Frequently we find no abnormally rapid rate(over90) when the patient feels it's rapid. This is often seen in anxiety states. Discuss with
