Any issue with delaying surgery for hernia that is mild?

Close observation: Yes small groin hernias , it is possible to observe closely if it get incarcerated ( can not be pushed in , wii have pain ) emergency surgery could be done , as long as not away from medical help . In general should be fixed ( surgery ) is simple low risk out patient procedure.
