The most successful surgery involves a retropelvic uterine suspension, and a prophylactic Burch procedure to resuspend the bladder neck and prevent urinary incontinence after the prolapse is corrected. Get a referral to a gyn oncologist, as they are familiar with the anatomy required to restore normalcy.
