Kegel's, PT could: help, but not likely to correct this amount of prolapse sufficiently. Recommend you see your doctor and do kegels as well.

Prolapsed uterus: This degree of prolapse needs surgical correction. The most successful surgery involves a retropelvic uterine suspension, and a prophylactic Burch procedure to resuspend the bladder neck and prevent urinary incontinence after the prolapse is corrected. Get a referral to a gyn oncologist, as they are familiar with the anatomy required to restore normalcy.
