Unfortunately no: Endometriosis is not known to be caused by bacterias or other microbes and is not treated with antibiotics . One hypothesis is that a dysregulation of normal immune functions triggers or maintains chronic inflammatory conditions which allow endometrial cells and glands to arise or be transplanted outside the endometrial cavity. Hormonal/ antiinflammatory meds or surgery are all science can offer.
