I had a hysteroscopy and endometrial ablation 3 weeks ago. the hysteroscopy showed acute endometrisis which i understand is an infection but i havent been given antibiotics, will the ablation deal with the infection? i am still very bloated?

"itis" is the word ending used to describe irritation whatever the cause. It does not always mean an infection. Being bloated after this procedure is not unusual. I would confer with the treating doc if problems continue.
