Fatty liver: Not really but have this condition monitored by a doctor since occasionally inflammation and fibrosis can occur.

Fatty liver testing: Fatty liver disease needs close monitoring liver function tests, good control of triglycerides and maintaining ideal body weight. Avoidance of Alcohol is recommended. It increases insulin resistance and chance of diabetes in future in some persons.
