Ct abd w & wo showed usual focal fatty liver infiltration of liver parenchyma in the left lobe, enlongated right hepatic lobe as well as subcentimeter hypodensity of the right liver lobe. findings were not incidental. symptomatic. reason for concern?

There should be concern and best care,advice& follow-up would be obtained by a hepatologist or gastroenterologist. The goal is to prevent worsening and development of extensive fatty infiltration which leads to inflammatory changes and scarring of the liver.
