YouShouldIfConcerned: Since you have raised this question that you have had this enlarged cervical node for a year and it has not changed sixe 2cm In all probabilities it is not something serious but since you are concerned about it I will recommend have it checked by your doctor and if nothing srious found you will have peace of mind
