Talk to your doctor : It would be rare for fluoxetine to be the cause of your hypothyroidism. I'm not suggesting that it isn't possible. It's just not likely. In my 23 years of experience, I've not seen a single case of fluoxetine causing hypothyroidism. Talk to your doctor about how you feel so that your concerns can be addressed.
