Good day Dr, for over a year I have been having upper back pains and chest pains, along with sore throats and it is sometimes hard to swallow food, is this might be GERD ?
I wrote earlier i feel like I have a lump in btwn throat and ctr chest like if food was stuck n feel pressure wen swallow, can it be cause I have gerd?

Can GERD give you a scratchy throat after swallowing food? Sometimes I'll take forever to chew because of my fear of choking, but my throat will force me to swallow and my throat will give me a scratchy feel, causing me to cough. Is this common?
